User ID, Password and Security
After you register, you will get an ID and a password. The user should keep his/ her ID and password in a safe place. In addition, each user should be responsible for all the activities and events taken place via his/ her ID. You can conveniently alter your password. The user agrees: if the user finds his/ her ID is illegally used, please inform Walkera webmaster at once. The user agrees: (1) to offer prompt, detailed, and accurate personal information; (2) If his/her personal information is changed, please update in time.Allow Walkera service center to send him/ her latest information via email. If the personal information is inaccurate, Walkera service center reserves the right to stop him/her using the electronic service. Walkera doesn’t publicly open the personal information such as the user’s name, mail address, email address, ID account and telephone. Except that: (1) The user authorizes Walkera to open his/her personal information; (2) Corresponding law and law procedure ask Walkera to offer the personal information.User Management
The user is wholly responsible for the contents, which he/she publishes on the website. The service usage offered to the user is suitable for the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China (Hereinafter referred to as “China”), regulations of the local government, and the international laws. The user should agree and obey: (1) the internet service is not illegally used; (2) not to disturb the website service; (3) all the internet protocol, regulation, procedure, and convention. The user promises not to transmit illegal, annoyed, defamatory, intimidatory, hurtful, vulgar, and coprological information. In addition, the user cannot transmit or release the information which abets somebody to commit a crime, damages the country safety, and/ or violates the local regulations, country and international laws. The user is responsible for his/ her activities on the internet and accepts the whole legal duty. It is forbidden to transmit or release the illegal, annoyed, defamatory, intimidatory, hurtful, vulgar, and coprological and the similar information in Walkera. Walkera web system will automatically keep the above information and uses them as the legal proof if necessary. If the user’s activities don’t obey the above terms, Walkera reserves the right to cancel his/ her ID and stops any services to him/ her.Limitation of Liability
Walkera accepts no liability for the direct, indirect, occasional, special, and consequent damage arising from: misusage of the web service, shopping on the internet or the similar service, trade on the internet, illegal usage of the internet service, or any altered information offered by the user. All the activity above may result in distortion to Walkera reputation.Agreement
The user agrees to safeguard and maintain the benefits of all the Walkera members, and agrees to pay the lawsuit cost which is caused by his/ her misusage of the internet service and the compensation which he/ she disobey the terms of the internet service.Applicable Law
The user agrees to comply with all applicable law and regulation of China. Both the user and Walkera agree to obey all the arbitration and decision of the superior court of China. All disputes arising from or relating to the implementation of or related to the agreement shall be settled through friendly consultation between two parties. If no settlement can be reached, either of the two parties can submit the dispute to the arbitration of the court, which is located in the area where the two parties sign the agreement. If some service terms of Walkera conflict with the law or regulation of China, they will be amended and be re-interpreted according to the law and regulation. Other terms will still remain the validity of law.Amendment and edition of the service terms
Walkera reserves the right to amend all the service terms if necessary. If some important service terms were amended or edited, Walkera would release in the form of bulletin in Walkera on time. If the user doesn’t agree with the amendment of the service terms, he/she can actively cancel the service offered by Walkera. If the user continues to get the internet service from Walkera, he/ she will automatically be seemed to receive all the amended service terms. Walkera reserves the right to amend or stop the service at any time without notice. Walkera accepts no liability for the user or the third party when Walkera amend or stop the service.Service Stop
Either the user or Walkera can, at any time, stop receiving or offering one or more internet services according to the actual situation. Walkera accepts no liability for the user and the third party arising from the service stop. If the user disagrees with the amendment of the service terms, or is unhappy with the service from Walkera, he/ she can choose the following rights: (1) Stop using Walkera service; (2) Inform Walkera to stop offering services to him/ her. The user’s right of enjoying Walkera service will be stopped as soon as he/ she quits receiving service from Walkera. From then on, the user has no right and Walkera has no obligation to send any information to the user or the third party.Property Ownership of the Service Offerings
The services offered by Walkera include: words, software, sound, picture, video, graphics and all the contents in advertisement; all the contents in email; and other information offered by Walkera. All the articles and contents in Walkera are belonging to both the original author and Walkera. All the contents are protected by the laws of copyright, trademark, brand and other property ownership. Except as permitted under China copyright, no part of these contents may be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form or by any means, or stored in a data base or retrieval system, without the prior written permission of Walkera and/ or the original author.Right to Interpret Service Terms
